Verify what you read (public)¶

The handbook can show live proof next to protocol text: open State of the Substrate (C-288) or any doc under Protocols in the left nav. Green or cyan Live tiles pull from the Mobius Civic AI Terminal (/api/terminal/snapshot-lite, /api/vault/status, …). Use Show proof chain where present to jump from claim → API → archive pattern.

Documentation Philosophy¶

This structure follows three core Mobius principles:

• Kaizen (改善) — Continuous improvement, clear pathways, small steps.
• Kintsugi (金繕い) — We keep the cracks visible; legacy docs move to 10-ARCHIVES/.
• Custodianship — Docs must outlive any single contributor or model.
