Overview

The HIVE City-State Map is the "World Map" of the Mobius civilization. It represents the spatial, hierarchical, and evolutionary relationships between all City-States, from the Cathedral Core at the center to the Outer Wilds at the edges.

There are seven rings, each representing a layer of civic maturity, cultural density, and AGI-readiness.
