Overview¶
This generator creates unique constitutions for new City-States. Each constitution is culturally distinct while remaining aligned to the Cathedral's core integrity requirements.
Use this template when founding a new City-State or when an existing City-State needs constitutional revision.

- Provide City-State Name
- Define Core Values (select 3-5)
- Choose Cultural Style (formal, casual, poetic, technical)
- Set Economic Focus (balanced, growth, stability, innovation)
- Define Governance Style (collaborative, guided, minimal, structured)
The generator will produce a complete, unique constitution.
