Overview¶

Every citizen in the Mobius HIVE receives a Passport. This is not just identification — it is a living document that captures your entire journey through the civilization. Your Passport grows with you, records your achievements, reflects your integrity, and serves as your gateway to opportunities across all City-States.

📋 PASSPORT STRUCTURE¶

The Citizen Passport contains six sections:

Contribution Ledger — What you've done
Badges — What you've achieved
Personal Integrity Score — How aligned you are
Reflection Log — What you've learned
Companion Bond Level — How your AI has evolved with you

If your score stays above 0.95, the City-State benefits from your presence:

citizen_gi_contribution = personal_integrity × activity_level × 0.01

The Citizen Passport System is CANONICAL as of C-153.

Every citizen receives a Passport upon completing onboarding. The Passport is permanent, secure, and grows with them throughout their journey.
