What is Mobius Substrate?¶

Mobius Substrate (formerly Mobius Systems) is the world's first Civic Operating System for AGI —
a multi-agent, integrity-governed intelligence substrate designed as a non-corporate, non-state institution capable of interacting with future AGI on equal footing.
