Annual STV for Council seats; biannual for TSC where needed. Eligibility and voter rolls defined in Bylaws. COI statements required prior to seating.

Voter Eligibility

  • ≥3 merged PRs in past 12 months, OR
  • Recognized adopter organization representative, OR
  • Active working group participant

Candidate Requirements

  • Contributor for ≥6 months
  • Signed CLA
  • No unresolved COI
  • Statement of intent and platform

Process

  1. Nomination period (14 days)
  2. Candidate Q&A (7 days)
  3. Voting period (7 days, anonymous STV)
  4. Results announced
  5. Transition period (7 days)

Schedule

  • Council: Annual in January
  • TSC: As needed (typically July)
