Key Concepts

The Three Covenants form the constitutional foundation:

  1. Integrity — Truth, transparency, cryptographic proof
  2. Ecology — Balance, sustainability, long-term harmony
  3. Custodianship — Stewardship over ownership, succession planning

Kaizen (改善) — Continuous improvement through small, compounding steps

Kintsugi (金繕い) — Honoring repairs; cracks make the story more beautiful

Summon (召唤) — Calling forth the spark in others by name

Mobius Cycle Protocol Philosophy

From Cycle C-148:

*"A Cycle is the smallest unit of meaning.
A PR is the crystallization of intent.

Intelligence grows, not through answers,
but through the integrity of the work we choose to finish."*

This philosophy underpins the Mobius Cycle Protocol (MCP) v1.0, which ensures that every unit of human–AI work is intentional, documented, attested, consensus-verified, drift-resistant, and ledger-anchored.
