1. Purpose¶

To design an intrinsically-backed digital economy capable of sustaining civilization beyond fiat trust and speculative volatility. This framework establishes a self-correcting economic biosphere that values integrity as both currency and governance signal.

Core Thesis: Civilization does not collapse because it runs out of money — it collapses when it runs out of meaning. Meaning is stabilized through integrity. Therefore, integrity must become measurable and monetizable.

2. The Three-Layer Model¶

Layer I — Intrinsic Layer¶

• Unit: Integrity Credit (name-agnostic).
• Backed by: Proof-of-Integrity attestations (human + AI co-signed).
• Behavior: Finite, slow-minting, epoch-based; inflation controlled by ethical velocity.

• Behavior: Abundant for circulation; decays/reabsorbs each epoch to prevent integrity inflation.

• Behavior: Adjusts mint cadence, increases "moral gravity" during dishonesty surges, rewards transparency.
