Completed comprehensive repository cleanup and organization for Cycle C-150, updating all cycle references and organizing documentation.

✅ Badges - Updated .badges/cycle.json to C-150 - Badge workflow will now default to C-150

✅ Main README - Updated cycle section to reflect C-150: MIC + Kaizen Shards + Mobius Habits - Updated footer cycle reference to C-150 - Updated file paths to point to organized documentation locations

✅ Workflows - Updated .github/workflows/update-badges.yml default cycle from C-127 → C-150
