Dual objective¶
C-369 has two coordinated tracks. Constitutional clarification precedes further wallet and grading runtime.
Track A — MFS, GI perception, Fountain (constitutional)¶
Separate learning evidence from stewardship recognition. Canon and schema first; no automatic MIC issuance in C-369.

Canonical rules¶
- MFS proves capability — not currency, not arithmetic path to MIC.
- GI witnesses integrity — not a target to farm.
- Fountain tests durability — GI95 is provisional until sustained audit.
- EVE proposes shards — never seals alone.
Compact form¶
MFS proves capability. EPICON preserves intent. GI reflects perception. The Fountain tests durability. MIC recognizes stewardship. Reserve Blocks preserve memory.
