C 369 opener

C-369 Opener — Constitutional Clarification + EVE Sharding

Status: CLOSED — DISPUTED — see C-369-close.md and C-369-ATLAS-AUDIT-SEAL.md
Cycle: C-369 (2026-07-11) · Drafted: ATLAS · Depends on: C-368 close (verified)

Authority Provenance

Authority declared using docs/templates/EPICON_FOUNDER_STANDING.md v0.1

Dual objective

C-369 has two coordinated tracks. Constitutional clarification precedes further wallet and grading runtime.

Track A — MFS, GI perception, Fountain (constitutional)

Separate learning evidence from stewardship recognition. Canon and schema first; no automatic MIC issuance in C-369.

# Repo What Tier
A1 Substrate MFS/GI/Fountain doctrine + glossary EP-3
A2 Substrate Six schemas + fixtures EP-3
A3 browser-shell Public Learn → MFS portfolio copy EP-2
A4 terminal GI perception + Fountain status surface EP-2
A5 terminal Proposal-only Integrity Grade (no mint) EP-3

Track B — EVE Reserve Block sharding (runtime — after canon stable)

# Repo What Status
B1 Substrate EVE protocol + shard schema Merged (#369)
B2 Substrate eve-shard-core compiler PR #370
B3 terminal Shard propose/review API Merged (#593)
B4 terminal Ledger + quorum commit lane PR #594

Handoff: EVE-SHARD-HANDOFF.md

Canonical rules

  1. MFS proves capability — not currency, not arithmetic path to MIC.
  2. GI witnesses integrity — not a target to farm.
  3. Fountain tests durability — GI95 is provisional until sustained audit.
  4. EVE proposes shards — never seals alone.

Compact form

MFS proves capability. EPICON preserves intent. GI reflects perception. The Fountain tests durability. MIC recognizes stewardship. Reserve Blocks preserve memory.

Preserve

Canon → Ledger → UI. MEC must never replace EPICON.
