1. Protected canonical phrases¶

Do not weaken without stronger replacement:

Information can travel faster than verification.
The network is a witness pool, not a source of truth.
Repetition may imitate consensus.
Popularity may imitate evidence.
Authority may imitate integrity.
The evidence may prove that people are saying it without yet proving that it happened.

4. Narrative safeguard — five lanes¶
