C-397 preserves the C-377 production pair-count audit (125 hash-divergent collisions across 123 contested positions) and records verification of the regenerated 194-position cold-snapshot candidate while leaving checked-in canon unchanged and SEAL_INTEGRITY_GATE engaged.
